Job Description:
Lynx Mechanical is seeking experienced and passionate Residential Plumbers to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch plumbing services to homeowners in Calgary and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential settings, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all relevant codes and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing Installations: Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions for homeowners.
- Customer Service: Interact directly with homeowners, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Compliance: Ensure all plumbing work meets local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Documentation: Complete work orders and job notes using Sitemax, including photos, descriptions, and other required documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Site Supervisors and Operations Manager to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- On-Call Rotation: Journeyman Plumbers will participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours service as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with homeowners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with job management software such as Sitemax is a plus.
- A valid plumbing license is required.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as part of the on-call rotation.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team at Lynx Mechanical. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of various residential plumbing projects, ensuring that jobs are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest standard. You will manage a team of technicians, provide guidance and support, and maintain clear communication with both Lynx employees and external builders teams. Your role is critical in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Oversee the execution of plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support plumbing technicians and apprentices on-site, ensuring that safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets Lynx Mechanical’s high standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain consistency and quality.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects are in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and Lynx Mechanical’s internal policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job notes, photos, and reports, using job management software such as Sitemax.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of residential plumbing.
- Minimum 5 years as a Journeyman Plumber.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job management software (Sitemax or similar) is a plus.
- A valid plumbing license is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, on-call as needed.
